Vanilla Custard Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of Custard Powder Vanilla
2 cups of milk
2-3 tablespoons of sugar (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
Prepare the Custard Mix: In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of vanilla custard powder with ¼ cup of cold milk until smooth and lump-free.
Heat the Milk: In a saucepan, heat the remaining 1¾ cups of milk on medium heat until it begins to warm up.
Add the Custard Mix: Slowly add the custard powder mixture to the warm milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Add Sugar: Stir in the sugar and keep stirring as the mixture heats up and thickens.
Simmer: Allow the custard to cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat until it reaches your desired thickness.
Serve: Pour into dessert bowls or over fruits, pastries, or trifle. Enjoy warm or let it cool and refrigerate for a chilled custard.
